Education/qualifications:

I completed Year 12 at St Patrick’s College, Ballarat in 2013. I have previously studied for two years doing Business Management at Federation University but decided it wasn’t something that I wanted to pursue. I have been working within the disability sector for nearly 5 years now, supporting people from various ages and backgrounds.

Hobbies/interests:

I enjoy playing footy with my mates back in Ballarat, as well as keeping fit and healthy by running, going to the gym and swimming. I also love music and enjoy going to see bands that I like. I have recently become interested in gardening and lawn care.

Tell us about yourself? Including what you like about being a support worker.

I am a fairly relaxed and easy going person. I love supporting people to achieve their goals and watching them grow as individuals. My favourite part about being a support worker is seeing someone laughing and having fun doing an activity that we have planned together.

Quirky questions-

  • In another life, I’m pretty sure I was… a fish.
  • The best piece of advice I have ever been given is… be yourself, everyone else is taken.
  • If I were a superhero, my superpower would be… flying
  • Cats or dogs? Dogs
  • My favourite movie is… Shawshank Redemption
