I have completed a Bachelor degree in Primary Education. For the past two years I have worked in the special education school setting, supporting students aged 5-18 with a range of diverse needs. Working with these students influenced me to extend my support outside the classroom and into the community as a support worker.

I enjoy spending time outside, whether it’s visiting the beach or camping, and making memories with my family and friends. In my spare time I enjoy reading, playing games on my Nintendo Switch, playing netball and doing arts and crafts.

Tell us about yourself? Including what you like about being a support worker.

Creating meaningful relationships with children and young people where they can be themselves is my priority. I love seeing people achieve their goals (no matter how small) and celebrating these achievements alongside them.
